Background
Alison Kinnear brings nearly 30 years of expertise as a seasoned corporate and securities attorney.
Alison began her career at the prestigious firms Fried Frank and Davis, Graham & Stubbs. While raising her family, she served as counsel to other law firms, providing securities law expertise to corporate and real estate attorneys.
Her practice focuses on state and federal securities compliance, corporate structuring, business transactions, joint ventures, and private placements.

Partner buyouts and buy-sell agreements

Joint ventures and private placements (deal sizes $500 thousand to $50 million)
