Our legal services encompass the entire real estate transaction, from letter of intent (LOI) to closing. We prepare purchase and sale agreements (PSA), review title and surveys, manage title endorsements, conduct due diligence, and address covenants, CC&Rs, development agreements, commercial leases, and closing requirements.

Every real estate transaction begins with the purchase and sale agreement. Real estate brokers are required to use the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) approved form, which is the easiest for the other side to review. We work alongside your broker to complete this form and tailor additional provisions to the specifics of your deal.
Additionally, we offer custom commercial real estate PSAs modeled on the DORA form. Our contracts are straightforward, easy to understand, and clearly organized, allowing ease of review by the other party.
If you’re not working with a broker, we can refer you to one or handle contract negotiations directly. For brokers, you can rely on our attorneys to be part of your team and get your deal done.
