Edward “Ted” Bendelow brings over 50 years of legal experience, making him a seasoned attorney with unparalleled breadth and depth. A former Peace Corps volunteer and Colorado State Representative, Ted is also a passionate motorsports enthusiast and a prominent member of the Longmont business community.

Ted has shared his expertise as a lecturer at the University of Colorado Graduate School of Public Administration, the Colorado Association of Realtors, and numerous continuing legal education seminars, addressing topics such as litigation, water supply agreements, and sports law. For years, his firm, Bendelow Law Office, served clients across Colorado.

Specializing in real estate, business law, and litigation, Ted’s career spans representation of ditch companies, HOAs, metropolitan districts, landlords, tenants, businesses, and individuals. One of his more notable accomplishments was helping a ditch company establish Colorado’s first conservation easement over a water reservoir.

Ted’s litigation experience is extensive, with cases spanning multiple states, including Florida, New York, Texas, Minnesota, and Colorado. His areas of focus include intellectual property, lender liability, real estate, zoning, annexation, land use, contracts, and complex commercial disputes.
