Background
Laurinda Frederick is a highly accomplished commercial real estate attorney with a decade of experience, including roles at prominent firms such as Greenberg Traurig and Fox Rothschild. She has successfully handled complex transactions ranging from millions to billions of dollars and managed portfolios encompassing 20 to 60 properties.
Laurinda’s expertise spans every facet of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing. She skillfully oversees purchase and sale transactions from start to finish, covering negotiation, drafting, due diligence, title and survey reviews, environmental assessments, financing, entity formation, land use, zoning, tax liens, and closings.
In commercial leasing, Laurinda brings extensive experience across all asset classes, managing the entire process from negotiation and drafting to due diligence, estoppel certificates, SNDAs, subleases, and lease assignments. She also has significant experience in real estate financing, including opinion letters and defeasance, and has led high-stakes transactions, such as heading the Freddie Mac team in a debt acquisition deal.
Laurinda has represented major institutions and REITs with property and debt portfolios spanning hotels, offices, apartments, and industrial properties. Her clients have included commercial landlords, developers, retail centers, HOAs, hospitals, universities, military bases, municipalities, and telecommunications companies.
Outside of work, Laurinda is a passionate foodie who enjoys cooking, watching cooking shows, attending food festivals, and sharing meals with friends and family.

Represented REIT in acquisition of numerous properties across office, industrial and hospitality assets
Led residential leasing project of about 100 leases for multi-billion dollar online real estate company in all 50 states, District of Columbia, and multiple local municipalities
Represented a national bank in disposition of 6 retail locations ranging from $3 to $6 million
Represented self storage facility in sale of property and defeasance
Reviewed hundreds of leases for sale-leaseback of grocery store portfolio
Represented multi-national telecommunications company in 150+ telecom lease and site acquisition transactions with commercial, resort, urban, industrial, and municipal property owners
Represented large international oil company in 15 commercial leases
Managed commercial leases in Southwest region for large healthcare client
