Residential Real Estate Law Overview

Our residential real estate attorneys assist clients with transactions of all sizes, from condominiums to multi-million-dollar luxury properties.

We simplify the real estate process, guiding clients through each step to ensure they understand the transaction and empowering them to make informed decisions.

Our services cover every legal aspect of residential real estate, beginning with the purchase and sale agreement. We typically use the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies (DORA) approved form, required by real estate agents, and work with your broker to complete and tailor the form to your specific deal. If you are not working with a broker, we can either refer you to one or negotiate the contract on your behalf.

We assist buyers with title and survey review, title endorsements, due diligence, HOA review, and closing requirements, with the title company handling the actual closing.

For brokers, we offer legal support for your clients' residential transactions. Our approach is simple: "We get deals done." We consider ourselves part of the deal team, dedicated to solving problems so the transaction successfully closes.
